Systenious Makhubele hails from Giyani in Limpopo(South Africa). Growing up Systenious was a top student in class. He was shy and had low self esteem as his peers continually made fun of his lips.
He completed his matric and went to study horticulture at Tswane university of technology in Pretoria.

This is where he found his voice through book reading and listening to sermons. Through the friends he lived with, he began to view himself and the world differently. While at university, in 2009, he lead morning devotions, was part of the Newlife message leadership, and became a poem writer for the organization’s monthly bulletin. He also wrote poems for Men of steel(student organization).

After graduating in 2009, he deserted horticulture for motivation and leadership training. Since 2010, he’s been speaking in seminars on different topics. However, he loves emphasizing personal development/leadership as he believes that only those who are able to lead their lives well can lead other better. He also hosts his annual inspirational leadership summit.

Systenious is from the school of thought that believes “you cannot give people what you don’t have”. Hence, in his talks he emphasizes personal development/leadership.

Soon after completing his degree, he founded free mind training. Free mind training is a motivation and leadership training company.
Since then,he’s been speaking at schools,NGO’s,churches, motivational and leadership seminar, with an age group ranging from 12-50 years. The world has enough man power, now we need mind power.
