Nick-named, ‘The Financial Doctor’, Wilbert R. Mutoko is best-selling author of ‘15 Secrets for Personal Financial Success – A Simple Step-by-Step Plan for Financial Freedom.’ He also authored ‘16 Mistakes Singles Make Vol. 1 – A Guide to Successful Dating and Courtship that leads to Blissful Marriage’ and  ‘What you have is Enough – How to become wildly successful in Finance and Business starting from where you are now.’

Wilbert is an Educator, Management Consultant, Business Mentor, Personal Finance Coach, Leadership Coach, and University Lecturer for Entrepreneurship & Business Leadership.

Mutoko is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK), and a member of the Association of Botswana Financial Advisers (ABFA). He is accredited as a trainer by Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) and South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).

Wilbert is a final year scholar for PhD in Business Management – North West University, South Africa. He possesses the following qualifications among others:  MBA – MANCOSA, South Africa; International Certificate in Wealth Management – CISI, UK; Award in Financial Planning – CII, UK; and Diploma in Education – University of Zimbabwe.

Born in 1975 and bred in Zimbabwe, Wilbert R. Mutoko started writing and speaking in Zimbabwe in 1995. He relocated with his family to Botswana over 14 years ago. Ever since, he and his wife Coach Princess have been a great blessing to Southern Africa, particularly Botswana where they live. The couple is blissfully married and blessed with three children – one boy and two girls.

As a seasoned Motivational, Business and Financial Speaker, Wilbert R. Mutoko has transformed lives of thousands in Botswana, South Africa and Zimbabwe. Furthermore, in January 2016, Wilbert had a privilege to speak on business challenges and solutions at Strathmore University (Kenya).

He has consulted and/or spoken for organizations, such as the British Council Botswana, Barclays Bank Botswana, Botswana Stock Exchange, Botswana National Olympics Committee, Botswana Agricultural Marketing Board, Mapleton Finance, Size Well, Lifeline, Botswana Office of the Ombudsman, Botswana Ministry of Health, Botswana Ministry of Environment, Wild Life & Tourism, and numerous churches. The churches include Winners Chapel International (Botswana), Assemblies of God (Botswana), Forward in Faith Ministries International (Zimbabwe/Botswana), Anglican Church (Zimbabwe), United Methodist (Zimbabwe), Bread of Life (Botswana), The Land of Pure Delight Church (Botswana), Christ Citadel Church (Botswana) and Revealed Word Ministries (South Africa).

Mutoko has in the past served as a business subjects’ teacher at high school level for eight years. He then became an Independent Financial Planner at Southern Cross International Finance. After that he served as Managing Director for The ProFin Group (Botswana). Currently he serves as a senior lecturer for entrepreneurship and business leadership at a university in Gaborone, Botswana. Apart from consultancy, over the years, Mutoko has run a number of successful small businesses.

He is passionate about raising leaders that will wipe away ignorance. Mutoko reduces ignorance through activities such as lecturing, financial coaching, business mentorship, marriage coaching, training people in workshops, conferences and seminars; writing helpful books and articles; and motivational speaking on radio and television.

Mutoko writes for various magazines and newspapers. In the past he has written over 100 articles on personal finance, personal development, leadership and entrepreneurship. The articles are published in various media, including, internet, Wealth Magazine, the Economic Insight Magazine; Botswana Schools Guide Magazine, The Mining Insight Magazine, Mmegi Newspaper, Voice Newspaper and Echo Newspaper.

A sought-after speaker, Wilbert R. Mutoko is passionate about changing lives in Botswana, SADC, Africa and the rest of the world. He has addressed the nation of Botswana several times on financial issues and personal development through Yarona FM, Gabs FM, RB2 FM and Duma FM. He has also impacted Botswana through E-Botswana TV.
